An extension lives or dies at the junction with the existing house: the structure, the tie-in, and above all the roof and its weathering details. That junction is exactly where a roofing-led builder earns its keep.

On new-build sites we work as the roofing package: membrane, battens, coverings and leadwork to specification and to programme, coordinated with the trades before and after us.
