If you are building your own house, the roof is the milestone that makes everything else possible: once it is watertight, the trades inside can start. We work from your architect's drawings, advise on coverings and details where the specification leaves room, and get you weathertight without drama.
For sites and developers

Straight answers
New-build roofing is specification-led, so we quote against the drawings and say clearly what is included and what is provisional. If a detail on the drawings will not work on the roof, we say so before it is built, not after.
